My name is Andrea, and I am the soul behind Exhala. My calling stems from a very clear desire: I deeply love my profession and adore transmitting the peace and well-being you need through the power of my hands.
In my work, I define myself as a perfectionist, extremely attentive to every detail, and constantly learning to always offer you the highest level of care. My greatest ambition is that each treatment is not just a massage, but a transformative experience where you feel truly heard and at peace.
MY STORY
From a very young age, I felt a deep fascination with the world of well-being. My journey began over 15 years ago, training in holistic aesthetics, balneotherapy, and manual therapies. It was in those environments of spas and restorative silence where I discovered the transformative power of conscious touch. I understood that my calling was to accompany others in releasing tension and recovering their natural balance.
The true turning point was my trip to Thailand. Training in traditional Thai massage from within, alongside local therapists, marked me forever. There I learned a different way of understanding the body and energy, internalizing a great truth: when you work with love and presence, you don't need words; the body feels it and responds.
Today, with a solid and constantly evolving background, I design exclusive in-home wellness sessions and massages in Ibiza. I integrate different disciplines—from holistic and deep tissue massage to lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy—to adapt precisely to the physical and emotional needs of each person.
Exhala is much more than a massage. It is a space for pause, listening, and reconnection.
